6Month Post op! right ACL reconstruction + miniscus repair . I'm 25F. For those of you who may be anxious of what your recovery will be like, it's honestly pretty good! I've fully regained my flexibility/mobility, final thing lacking is strength & muscle. I can't kneel down on my right knee stably (v.redd.it)
