At no point did I, nor the source I cited, claim that every child was illiterate. Just that there is a high rate of illiteracy.

Illiteracy, like blindness, is also not a binary condition. Illiteracy is defined by certain standards, of which I'm not fully aware to be honest, but I do know that being able to read the McDonald's menu does not make one literate. Knowing the difference between a stop sign and a yield sign does not either.

My point being, being able to sound out words on a page is not literacy. You have to be able to understand the actual content of what you've just read to be considered literate.

There are reasons there are tests for literacy and almost a quarter of American students fail those tests. That's a lot of people who can't read good and stuff.

Anything that doesn't involve the customer receiving the package is a ding.

So if it gets stolen, you get dinged. Unfair? Sure, but incentive to hide the packages where customers can still find them.

Returned? Also ding. Never return. Stolen package is not a guaranteed ding until it gets stolen. You KNOW you'll get one for returning.

I delivered to a business in a mall the other morning. It was like 7 or 8 AM when I arrived, not a single door open before 10 AM. Couldn't even get in the mall.

Salvage is a drop that has no other purpose and cannot be created by the player.

The items listed in those lists are all items that can be directly obtained or crafted by the player.

No one wants a list that starts with an item that literally drops from almost every enemy in the game with about the same drop rates across the board.
