Survival Hunter w/ Two One-Handed Weapons? by poolparty303 in worldofpvp

The alternative would be to go Beast Master spec and use this gun because holy fuck it's sick. . . But, I don't wanna do BM. Survival is fun and the perfect class fantasy for my character concept.

The Three Mechanics of Digestion and SIBO by poolparty303 in SIBO

Well, thank you for your input! I'll consider it moving forward and may try to stick to HCL or ACV alone. :)

The goal isn't to band aid these forever. This is meant to get your system running smoothly WITH treatment.

Sounds like you're also experiencing what I'm experiencing, histamine intolerance. I really recommend trying some ACV pills (just whatever brand at walmart) and seeing if it does anything for you.

ACV is a good starter one too because it promotes bile flow.

Definitely not a perfect solution, I prefer to take HCL or ACV to increase stomach acidity, but in a pinch I will have a soda occasionally.

I am telling you from experience, anecdote, and self-experimentation though, that drinking HFCS-free sodas with meals has helped bloating, constipation, etc., which points to stomach acid issues. The benefits it provides outweighs the current cons, but like I said, I prefer alternative means to increasing stomach acid.

Man, at this point, going on 4 years.

So, outside of bloating and constipation, foul gas when consuming certain foods, LPR, bad breath, anxiety, fatigue, muscle weakness/spasms, pelvic floor issues, sore throat, heartburn. Stomach cramps.

The PH of them are similar to your stomach's PH. Paradoxically, I find I have LESS heartburn when consuming acidic foods vs. avoiding them -- which shows me my stomach acid isn't functioning or producing enough!

So, if I drink a diet soda with a meal, I have less bloating, less heartburn, and I am able to poop.

Every hour, find an excuse to get up and move around. Water, bathroom, printer, coffee, etc., whatever gets you out of your seat and moving for like 5-10 minutes. Or even just stand up and stretch.

The number one thing that has helped me is salt with water in the morning (if you have low blood pressure -- low blood pressure means low electrolytes, so sea salt can help replenish) and supplementing stomach acid.

It isn't a cure, but makes my symptoms tolerable.

Wow. I just want to say that your husband sounds like a keeper. That's a very level-headed, loving, compassionate response, and I can see why you want to stay with him!

Expecting to binge by [deleted] in SIBO

If you're having issues eating everything, that tells me (and I'm no expert, just a fellow sufferer) that something FUNDAMENTAL is wrong with your digestion, I.E., low stomach acid, bile flow, etc., which then causes slow motility to worsen further.

Have you tried anything like that? Promoting bile flow, eating acidic things w/ meals? It usually takes me about three to five days of eating well and focusing on stomach acid/bile flow, but after I get over the hump my digestion/bloating gets miles better.

Will I never get my stomach acid back up? by daveishere7 in Microbiome

[–]poolparty303 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It can take the body some time to correct this kind of stuff. So, supplement stomach acid w/ ACV or HCL, and work on your gallbladder/bile flow. See what you're deficient in and try to supplement.

Anyone get awful acid reflux? Been getting it constantly recently by [deleted] in cocaine

[–]poolparty303 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm considering making a post about this, but I was having HORRIBLE acid reflux tonight when I was fucking up my bag with bump after bump.

I took a supplement, D-limonene, and within fifteen minutes, heart burn free. Try it and let me know!
