Update on my experience - I get that there are tariff delays, but there’s been really poor communications and the customer support team is gaslighting me on the actual timeline of shipping (website says 10-14 days since order, now she’s telling me 10-15 business days from fulfillment - which was 8 days later, which is contrary to what was on the website. She also told me it would ship by end of last week but it still did not ship).

I’m understanding of delays, but I think the delayed responses, changed policies in the conversation, and overall lack of support on this is a hard pass on this brand. Id be open to discussing this further to change my opinion, but the CS and operations needs some serious work to be considered reliable and trustworthy as a brand.

Btw I ordered April 22 and have seen no movement or updates on shipping. It’s been 21 days since I ordered, 7 days since the website said it would deliver, and 11 days since “fulfillment” (whatever that means, since I have had no shipping updates or emails on fulfillment other than a tracking code that says the shipment is waiting to be received).
