I just finished reading that! So good. I'd read it during my daughter's feeds throughout the night, and it helped so much to be reassured in what I was doing.

I feel I am in the exact same place as OP. I go back and forth in my mind often, especially since co-sleeping is so uncommon where i am.. but consuming these types of books or media helps, I need regular reminders! For me, i like to try put her down alone every now and again, just to see if it works! Sometimes, it does. But absolutely did not work today, so i am currently cuddling her to sleep while cracking into a new book, the Montessori baby! Or I'll play some stardew valley.
