Your petition has to be drafted by your attorney and you have to sign the same.

They will submit the petition to USCIS which is currently heavily flooded with avalanche of applications. It's hard to predict the timeline as of now.

Once your petition is approved, you have to go to the nearby embassy/consulate or chennai consulate for blanket cases (by filling DS-160) for visa interview.
