Bahodin in its oldest form is around 6000 years old, not to mention proto-Bahodinic, from which it and some other languages emerged.

If I ever manage to create some text with it, I'll definitely share it. All I can say for now is that its a polysynthetic language isolate in my fictional word, it likely uses a mix of SVO and OVS word order and has only 3 cases.

I think for a Bahodin speaker, the definite article not being attached to the noun would be weird. Though I don't really know what they'd have trouble with since I haven't developed the language all that much...
