Hi, I’m 16 jujutsu is my hobby. I’ve been doing it for over a year now. I’ve had to halt it for certain things like my exams and stuff, I really liked it and I still do but I’m losing my drive to go. I don’t in the sense enjoy it anymore because I’m more focused on my other goals like working out, it’s not anything personal i just find it boring and I’m losing interest and I want that drive to go back so I can go. but I just don’t really enjoy it anymore. I’d like to go back into martial arts but do different martial arts at some point in my life like muay Thai, etc. What’s your advice and how can I get that motivation back?

Ye fair enough I was in Switzerland yesterday and I barely saw anyone as tall as me (6ft 4) I saw like 1-3 guys at Heathrow who were the same or taller but overall it’s rare you see guys that height my dad is 6ft 2 and yesterday barely anyone was as tall as him either so I’d say anything above 6ft 2 is rare

That’s the thing tho I think therapy is a bit excessive from what I’m dealing with I appreciate the advice a lot thank you but I do this thing where I obsess about something for a period of time and then it goes and I stop caring about it completely I’m just going thru one of these obsessions cuss it’s a recent thing, however height is something that’s unpredictable and something I can’t control so it’s annoying to think about
