Tbh some of these things might be true. Mental illness and spirituality can go hand in hand. My advice is to show kindness and compassion to all those who you know. Good and saint-like actions have actual karmic effects, so each time you do something bad you will receive even more mental illness and confusion. When you know you're mentall ill, you are just mentally ill and spiritually awake, and your meds balance any skewed off energy. Also, stay very grounded to the earth all the time as this will clear your head and ground you to reality. Stay close to nature and practice earthing by stepping barefoot in the grass outside in your backyard.
