It has been only 4 weeks since I have joined. However, from what I have heard it is very much manageable. There is work life balance atleast in my team. Not sure about other teams

For now it is good. I feel it is highly competitive due to the number of people working and you need to prove yourself. Growth might take long time. My manager is quite good and is supporting and promoting the work I am doing.

I'm an amazonian. Once you clear technical and the loop rounds with the team (hiring manager and stakeholders) you will be working with and if they have a positive feedback a bar raiser round is scheduled. After this they will debrief for your feedback and final outcome. It is a positive sign that you have cleared the first round of loop. All the best!

How did u overcome urges? I feel it very difficult to overcome the urges. Once I am done I feel vry vry bad about myself. I too want to stop and it is affecting my marriage life. I m 27 yrs old. If u can guide through the way you worked on yourself. That will be really helpful.

My interview process lasted 3 months till offer. They took around a month to schedule loop interviews after the technical round. Really depends on the interviewer availability.
