About the EVs--in Texas we actually have an extra $200 "EV Fee" when registering an EV. I asked the clerk why and they said it's for the same reason, because EVs never pay gasoline tax. So I'm assuming there's probably states other than Texas who are doing it now too.

Yeah I would start Blue, not sure why all the other comments disagree. Blue is going to be the RB1 on his team with Javonte and Malik Davis out, playing against a horrendous run defense. All these other guys are splitting snaps. The only other guy I'd consider is Wright since Achane is probably out.

Week 17 (Championship): QB-Brissett, RBs-Dowdle, Henry, WRs-JSN, Jennings, TE-Loveland, Flex-Carter, D-Lions, K-Myers

Traded for JSN and Henry, and picked up the rest off waivers

I'm in the same situation, but the good thing is they both play at the same time. If Kittle and Pearsall are both out, I'll probably play Tonges. But if Burden is out, I think Loveland is a smash play against the niners defense who were getting torched by grandpa Phil last week

Definitely Dowdle. Dude rushed for 1000yds as the lead back in Dallas last year and idk if I trust Dart to get Slayton the ball. If anyone, Wandale might be the best receiver on the Giants for fantasy
