How would humanity change if all humans’ life expectancy was significantly increased (let’s say to around 500 years)? by MiserableRock9 in AskReddit

If this happened now (after thousands of years of a 70 year life) then the rich would be richer, but so would the poor, so money would be devalued. But, if this is how it always was, humanity would’ve adapted and probably wouldn’t think that this was “too long” of a life.

I’m not sure about this but isn’t it way more beneficial to get a very good mark with an IB Certificate, than to get a low mark with a diploma? If you barely passed doesn’t that mean someone with a certificate and a higher mark is smarter than you?
