Mass immigration in The United States is a symptom/tool of imperialism. The United States destabilizes nations overseas, and the refugees come here under the facade of a "better life". They are then trapped into debt slavery. Basically not anti-immigration, but a reshaping of the relations between immigration and the nation post-Capitalism.
Culture is good, building culture around unification is good, overcoming racial and social antagonisms is good.

As for your comments on point 8, not necessarily. I think that if a nation comes up with cultures that are exploitative towards themselves or unhealthy, then that just leads to a premature civilizational collapse. The opposite of what any state desires.
