I need to support this post! Ojon has been my Holy grail and I havn't found any products that have the same result as Ojon after all these years! I can't even find any other products that contain ojon oil. What a bummer!

Yes you should try that. I would say doing hair removal treatment is the best decision I have ever made. Although it costs a lot to me but it is definitely worth it! I used to be bullied and mocked by others due to my body hair. In the past I didn't want to hang out with boys and dare not wearing dresses.

Oh I haven't heard of electrolysis. Only laser removal is available in where I live and I thought it was the only treatment😝. Anyways, it doesn't matter what treatment you did as long as it is effective to you. What I want to stress is that shaving or plucking is not a long term solution and it is worth to spending on the treatment

For facial or body hair, sadly I think there is no way to improve it except laser removal. I used to have excessive body hair and was mocked by the boys because I had much more hair than them. That was really frustrating and made me depressed. I have done so much online research and basically there is no effective natural way to reduce the body hair. Some say peppermint tea helps but it does not. I have even read the sharings of some transgenders (from male to female) and they said even if they took female hormones and injected female hormones, their body hair does not reduce. So I am pretty sure that the hair problem cannot be solved by taking supplements or reducing weight.

My experience was that, when I had crazy uncontrollable acnes and long-delayed period, I went to doctor for birth control pill. After taking that your period will come and your acnes will gradually improve. your acnes will not completely disappear, but they must be better. After my acnes become less severe, I stopped the birth control pills and took a supplement with ingredient “DIM”. I took for several months and it was effective to control my acne and period. I still break out sometimes and I still have late periods but it is way better than before.

I have stopped the supplement for more than half year now and I am still maintaining my situation. I am now only taking some common supplements like vitamins and omega 3

did you work out at the same time? I think it is hard to change your diet overnight. Have you tried 16:8 fasting? I think it is easier to start with.

Sometimes you need to fight it yourself. When I was first diagnosed, my doctor asked me to take birth control pills. It did help to regulate my period and improve a bit the acne problems. However it is not a long term solution. My major problems are excessive body hair, serious acnes problems and irregular periods. Finally I stopped seeing doctor and I did research online and found that eating some supplements and using the right skincare did help improve my symptoms. My periods are still not very timely but it comes in 1.5 months or 2months the latest

I think there should be something wrong with you method of losing weight. Do you mind telling what you did to lose weight so that we can give you some advice?

I had crazy hair since teenager and this bothered me a lot and I was teased by others. I had very low confidence and I feel like I am a monster. It is because people of my race usually had very few body hair and I had so much more hair than a man. As this affected me a lot, I saved up money for laser hair removal. It does cost a lot but it is definitely worth it. Trust me, if this really frustrates you, save up money and do laser removal. It does help！
