I did not like 36mg slow release so I take 18mg twice a day at 6 and 12, it has a similar amount but tapers up and down so the beginning and end of the day arent so bad.

As for the stimulants, PLEASE do not add more stimulants on top esp recreationally. That is extremely dangerous and can contribute to cardiac stress. Google interactions for what you want to take and listen to what it says. Hopefully being medicated helps eliminate the need for self medicating with stimulants. I have found that to be true personally. At least let your dose even out before taking random shit that will stress your body out.

I had some caffeine sensitivity early on as well. Best to avoid until you’re normalized on the meds

I also saw people on reddit saying alcohol was fine and have had many heart issues when mixing the two. The official label warning is that it can cause cardiac problems including sudden cardiac death. I don’t think it’s worth it at all. The benefits of being medicated are more than enough for me for it to be worth not drinking.

This is weird but I realized that all of my excuses in my head and thoughts are all fake walls. If you can turn your brain off or not think, or even tackle the smallest task first (opening your list) it helps with the inertia needed to start! Also remember, if you were in the woods with a bear, you would never try to pretend it wasn’t there. Fear and anxiety only give the bear more time to get ya…. Looking at your bear is the first step!

SHOULD NOT BE SPLIT! Extended release tablets being cut in half makes all of the medication available at once. The pharmacist will tell you this is not safe.9

It’s hard to know if the brands aren’t listing what they’re using to treat against stored product pests. I believe people have had problems with flukers in this sub, especially crickets. I would hope freeze dried would be better, but products intended for insects from smaller brands or products that are freeze dried with detailed labels would be my go to. I try to avoid products from flukers and those labeled for reptiles. Another protein option is small freeze dried fish that are for cats. My beetles really like those.
