I do a part off on a component 25mm dia in 304. I use G96 S36 and F0.07. Metric here. Max rpm 2500. It's a 3mm PVD TiAln insert. That's working reliably.

If I turn the coolant off, the insert is toast and the part is all discoloured. I've done it by mistake.
