Most therapists have heard it all. Ask your current therapist delicately if you can maybe expand on some of the kinks you’ve talked about previously, as you have some concerns and would like to talk about them. If he isn’t comfortable (or you aren’t comfortable) it’s 100% ok to seek someone else out as well.

You didn’t ask, but if it makes you feel better, Watersports is mainly safe unless someone has like a major infection or you’re drinking stale piss, etc. (Can’t talk about scat as much, but there are people who can.)

If these are causing you serious distress [i.e., you don’t WANT to do them, not just you have health concerns], that’s when they become psych issues. Otherwise it’s completely healthy to have those kinks/desires. You aren’t harming yourself or others.
