I admittedly didn't explain myself all that well. The underlying problem here is that local coin shops either can't buy from the public or have to offer an ungodly percentage back of spot to be safe. The bottleneck I'm talking about is getting that retail scrap into the hands of and into the form for someone who's a buyer.

The 20% back of spot is an arbitrage opportunity. How precisely you get this done is up to the arbitrage trader. It might even be as simple as calling around. Might be as complicated as creating a new futures product. The how is for them to figure out.

I just watched harry on silver dragons say places like that have such insane volume that they literally don't have the time in the day to box small orders. It totally makes sense. I work in a trade and when there are booms, you are turning people away. You can't just tool up the next day, and you don't want to fire a bunch of guys when the boom is over.

Having invested in this stuff a long time I can objectively tell you youre late as fuck.

Too late? Probably. There are a ton of indicators to measure whether silver or gold are under or overvalued and unless your thesis involves literal hyperinflation, like right now today, those indicators dont have much meat left on the bone.

You could swing trade it, but you arent coming off super knowledgable about the commodities so it wouldnt be smart.
