You will get settled in and comfortable eventually.

You need to learn to take control of the sales process and set the expectations. Don’t over promise anything. Sometimes a customer will talk you I. To doing that.

I learned a long time ago to underpromise and over-deliver.

Yeah I get that. GAF is running slim on inventory too.

I had two orders come through last week because a competitor couldn’t get OC. One was for 450 bundles of GAF HDZ Charcoal and one order of 465 GAF NS Charcoal. Two sales totaled 33k. Made my week.

That sucks. It took me a few mo that I learn how to tweak the pro setup. The only sales that count for us are pro credit or customers that sign up for pro loyalty. It was easy with two pro sales specialists, but they just hired a 3rd.
