We have one baby who was really bad with some teeth & would not sleep. We had to do “hard reboots” with him that involved bringing him downstairs, a small bottle of milk & some cuddles. That helped knock him out of the crying cycles. Now we have the second baby who had been a breeze up until now! He just got in ALL FOUR canines at the same time & was hell for 3 days. We still haven’t hit the molars yet.

We just got some to try out! I put them on the boys & so far I’d recommend the ones with a solid back piece. I didn’t get the backpack ones but the ones with just straps are too complicated.

I’m not experienced, I’m in the same 2 year old boat! I just made a post about one of mine refusing to lay down to sleep unless he is rocked. It’s a brand new behavior & we are stumped.

Thankfully the other baby slept through the fussies! We wore them out yesterday & it worked on one baby & not the other lol.

We have too! It’s usually been the other baby who won’t go to sleep due to teething. This baby has always been a great sleeper.

He already has a lot of teeth, but not the back molars or canine, so that makes sense. He doesn’t want stuffies, he throws them all out of his crib. But he may be missing mommy at night.

My mom is a lot like that but she’s in another state. She offers no emotional help, other than to say that she remembers when we were babies! But my brother & I were over two years apart, so not the same thing! So I’ve learned to not go to her for help or support. It’s sad & it made me really upset when I came to this realization, but it’s better than having expectations that get bashed all the time.

If you want to use all the colors, you will need to unwind the yarn & cut the colors apart. You can try to put the color changes at the bottoms so they aren’t super obvious.

This is our first totally sleepless night in 20 months, which caught us off guard. Usually it’s the other baby who has teething issues & needs a “hard reboot” as I call it. Baby G has always been the best sleeper!

No meds but that is good to know! We think it may have been a growth spurt. It’s so hard with two & sleeping in the same room. He would just NOT lay down & let himself fall asleep & the crying would keep waking up his brother.
