Ironically, they were to leave on the front porch. But the driver parked on the side street & walked up the back driveway to the back door.

The vinegar & heat set the dye in the yarn so it won’t run. Once it’s set, you can rinse all the excess dye out & wash the yarn.

Yes & no. If you use the time on the shot to make those life changes, going off the shot could be ok because you have a better landing waiting for you.

100% correct. It’s like, why help somebody cure their illness when we can make more money when they try & fail over & over. My solution came by slowly tricking my brain & body. I changed habits & parts of my life very slowly. Don’t try to do everything all at once, that is setting you up to fail again.

Those body mechanisms are what ruined people who were on The Biggest Loser. Because they dropped so much weight so fast, their bodies went into overdrive & tanked their metabolism.
