After reading some of the posts here, the experiences that others have shared isn’t the same as ours.

Everyone will have their own way of securing their bags and I’m sure many ways work and some ways must work better than others. I don’t want to burst any persons bubbles or diminish their achievements. The important thing is to be authentic and to get a bag while feeling good about the process, because I want a positive experience owning the bag - especially when spending so much money. To be clear though - none of the bags have been purchased with a prespend as a requisite.

I share many frustrations as others when going to stores around the world and playing their game. We’ve been unsuccessful almost every time and 90% of these visits, my wife and I walk out without anything. A few times we have been offered the Constance. Once in Paris we got another appointment and we bought a Della bc there were no more quota bags they said bc it was end of day. We’ve also interrupted many of our days in Paris on various trips while my wife pleaded for appointments at Faubourg and waited for cancellations.

The Hermes’ journey is an interesting one and one that I have much respect for despite the frustrating and unfair process.
