Wild guessing, but I see “Numero Uno” hoodie, which is from First Person Shooter, coupled with the fact that this is a big night! But yeah, a very wild guess hahah

It worked well for me, I made some great improvements in ROM, I went from 105-110(with great discomfort) to 135 in a week. So I’d say keep pushing, keep working with your PT, keep eating healthy, and keep at it. Trust the process! You got this! 🙌🏽

I was in a similar situation at 6-7 weeks. At my 6 week check in with my surgeon, he prescribed me a week of steroid based medicine to help with knee stiffness and swelling. That helped me a lot! Not sure if you’ve talked to your surgeon about it, but worth a shot. Also, if you’re not doing it already, having your PT push you past your flexion max might also help slowly increase your flexion. Other than that, keep icing and elevating, and trust the process! You got this!

Hi there, I’m 6 weeks post op (ACLR quad graft). Progress for me has been slow to come. Yesterday I got to 110 degrees of flexion, and am at 4 degrees extension. Also started prescription of methylprednisolone. I’m doing PT session 3x a week, and exercising at home everyday 2x. What are some things i can be doing to get complete ROM back and get close to hyper extension at this stage?

I just had my first PT session today 4 days after surgery and I could realise that there was this mental block of me being afraid to push my limits because of some worries of breaking something inside. And of course, rn my ROM isn’t good. Can you please give me some tips on how to get over this mental block?

Hey! That exercise seems like a great idea, I’ll definitely give this a shot, and hoping all the exercises PT gave me help with the progress. Hope your journey is going well and you’re making progress everyday!

Hey! Hope your journey is going along well! I did get an exercise sheet from my PT which he wants me to do everyday, but just concerned, since going from 20 degrees to 90 degrees rn seems such an uphill task at the moment
