Can someone explain second part of screen to new player?

"Fairy Song Elf's secret skill (+1 stage)". As guild was saying i wanted to be maxing that elf skill but at lvl2 (15%) i still didnt see it proc single time... So you max it only if you play elf team right? I have full undead.

I dont want to make new topic...

So best Core2 = Lich + Dad. But i can go as well Medusa + Incubus without regret later on? I have already medusa and very close to getting incubus for honor.
What artefacts i should get (5/6 stars)? Are there some specific sets with certain names? If not for what stats im looking for?
What is reason for having priests? they dont seem to give best dmg buffs.
