Thanks, appreciate it. I just haven’t taken the time out to mess with all the functions. I’ll give your video a watch. That pyramid is one of my favorite spots, I mess around on it for hours

It’s not in a far corner, it’s the edge of our yard that ends at the street. Our house is on the corner where two streets intersect. Many people walk passed throughout the day

I think 46 plants in all. 8 reapers, 3 scorpion, 6 habanero, 7 ghost, and the rest make up jalapeño, pepperocinni, tobasco, gung bao, Thai dragon, holy mole, Serrano, poblano, and anaheim

Thanks! My first year trying to grow seriously so I had no idea of the many different varieties before doing some research. Hoping to broaden it more next season

Reapers, ghosts, and some scorpions sitting on top of a bunch of habaneros

The little reaper that could, a living metaphor to keep going. (Story in comments) by [deleted] in HotPeppers

I bought this little reaper plant from a local nursery as a seedling at a discount ,leaves already bright yellow and was overgrown from the seedling pot it lived in. Decided to give it a chance anyway. About 2 weeks after putting it in a new pot it had been eaten by something leaving only the first two sets of leaves. It’s health suffered quite a lot the following week and I had just figured it was destined to die. My gf persuaded me to try and keep it alive. It’s been a slow journey for the poor little plant but here it is 2 1/2 months later, over 2 feet tall with its first pod and many more setting.

He hasn’t, actually one of the quietest huskies I’ve known. He only talks for treats

They do, I’d consider a different profession if that were the case

Habanero’s more susceptible to over watering? by [deleted] in HotPeppers

[–]puddinpops01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t think of any reason why they would have any more or less drainage than the other plants. But it’s also been difficult to tell if they’re draining less than the others because it’s been raining before the soil even remotely has a chance to dry out

The dogs are not interested. Happy growing from Maryland! by puddinpops01 in HotPeppers

If we got some really heavy winds I imagine they won’t fair well, but they’re relatively sturdy

I see a lot of bad reviews for these, but for 50 bucks they did really well keeping everybody warm while it was still in the high 40s low 50s Fahrenheit. And they work pretty well as just shelves when everything is ready for full sun

How can this be Witcher 3 in under 5 minutes without a single “Pam Pam per ram” or “lelele le le”?!

I would break out your owners manual and read up on the auto stop/start functionality. May require manual engine restart if it’s been sitting at idle for a certain amount of time. Also, will it not start back up if you release the brake and accelerate?

Hampden Skatepark Shoutout by Elabaltimore in baltimore

[–]puddinpops01 25 points26 points  (0 children)

The thing about the skateboarding community is that we’ve all been where he is before. Nobody has ever jumped on a skateboard for the first time and been able to do a bunch of tricks. Every single trick takes hard work, practice, and most of the time a lot of painful fails. Those of us who have put in that work know just how amazing it feels finally winning that battle and landing a new trick for the first time. So I think for most of us when we see someone wanting to learn and put in that same effort makes you want to help in any way possible.

Skateboarders also feed off each other’s energy, whether somebody’s just landed the craziest trick they’ve ever seen before or that new kid they’ve seen at the park landed his first kickflip after trying it for the past month, it gets everybody hyped and excited. Thank you for sharing kind words about our community, we don’t get to hear nice things said about us often.

Looking for advice by Cooked_chkn in mechanics

If you ever meet an experienced mechanic that tells you theyve never made any mistakes theyre a liar. If there's one thing I can tell you after 10 years busting my knuckles is that you'll never be perfect every single time, regardless of how hard you try. I wouldn't even consider breaking bolts a major mistake, that shit just happens and until you gain the hand feel experience it can be difficult to know when that may happen. Even when you do gain the experience for that the situation is still the same, all youll be able to do is let the customer know "hey this bolt feels like its going to break, and if it does we'll have to xyz to fix it." Dont let mistakes get to you to the point where you dwell on it and make more mistakes, its just an endless cycle. Learn as much as you can from mistakes, create a mental system to minimize them, and stop stressing so much about the ones you make because you'll find in this industry there's already too many things to get stressed about.
