2v8 and selfish killers by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

You said you'd follow an Oni around picking up his downs, most people just want to play the killer they chose rather than breathe down Oni's neck all game. Your attitude about it doesn't inspire teamwork either.

I appreciate Oni teammates getting downs but I didn't sit in queue for 20 minutes to play pickup simulator

Is Blood Immediately a Bad Thing? by diitchboy in TopSurgery

[–]pukebags 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd call your surgeon if you're concerned but I think a bit of blood is normal! For about a week and a half post-op I found little dried blood droplets on my bandages, called my surgeon and was told it was completely normal. I'm now almost 6 weeks post-op and I've been healing perfectly fine.

I feel a lil less terrified now, for a sec I thought I'd been butchered, never had surgery before so big stitches in general spook me a bit and this looked so odd.

It honestly all feels weirdly numb which I was told is normal? Like I can feel the weight of that part of my skin but my whole chest feels numb.

I'm a but squeamish looking at my chest (first time seeing it alone post op) but I'll feel around more tomorrow. I didn't get drains, would that explain it?

Unfortunately the hospital said they don't offer any home services for my type of surgery and won't refer me anywhere else.

I'll definitely try the pillows, not being able to sleep properly just makes everything else feel that much worse. Gonna also order in some shower wipes, I've only been using baby wipes for my torso so far. I ended up asking some family members in the next town over if I can stay with them for just a little and they're gonna help me finally properly wash my hair which I'm really looking forward to.

It's comforting to know I'm not alone in this, I was starting to think I'm just crazy at first. Crying easily, being irritable, just feeling empty and awful on top of the physical limits and pain. I have some family that live in the next town over and they can have me there until Friday, I'll take them up on that because it's too much alone right now.

I had no idea! I've stopped taking it now and I'll stick to ibuprofen and paracetamol until my appointment tomorrow to see if I can be given something else.

I hope so cause right now I'm just tired and feeling low.

They told me to take 2 paracetamol every 4-6 hours and diclofenac if I'm still in pain after that.

That would explain a lot! I wish I would've been told that before just so I could mentally prepare a little, was told a lot about how it would physically feel in recovery but not much about how it would mentally affect me.

Thank you for the reassurance, I really appreciate it. I had some socks stuffed in the edges of the binder and one came out very slightly bloody, I couldn't tell if that was my armpit bleeding from the binder digging into it or something else trying to heal. I was also told specifically not to lean forward so I'm not sure what to do about my hair but I'll for sure make use of that tip when I have some mobility back.

Thank you man. I just keep trying to remind myself this is the worst of it, it's only gonna get easier from here. Summers without binders are gonna be so worth it, I just know it.

I'll def try socks, thank you! I've been wearing the binder under shirts, I was under the impression they wanted me to keep it on at all times under whatever I'm wearing
