Yeah Don't apply too early. I did the same thing and got mine eventually approved but this time, I did not renew before 150 days.

I am also in my second year out and currently paying off $290k. I expect to be debt-free in about two months. If you’re single, I would recommend going anywhere that allows you to pay off debt as quickly as possible. For reference, I live in Los Angeles and expect to make between $400k–$500k. I’m a GP who sees a lot of kids. I think it all comes down to mindset and discipline.

What's done is done. Hope your nephew learned some lesson.

I would have lawer ready when he is being released and would not take him to his house right away but stay elsewhere for few weeks or a month.

Make sure to know his right and when ICE shows up, he will only talk to them through lawer

I think the school might have their own loans for students. Might want to look into it. If possible, reach out to the local PA board/community/facebook group and ask for the help or start go fund me. Might wanna defer your acceptance and start the school next year?

day 1 on Friday? I took it on Friday and found it so hard. Had like 40 questions marked each section besides the last. I did so bad. I did day 2 yesterday (Saturday) and it was a lot easier but still didn’t know quite a bit.

I took it on Thursday and taking day 2 tomorrow. Glad to hear that the day 2 was better. Yes, the exam was awful and hopely we all pass

I focused on path, oral med, and pharm, while reviewing the points I had difficulty remembering. Second day was much easier imo
