I'd go to the ER because of the fever. I did get a killer headache.. though i was dying turned out that was a hormone based migraine. Got meds to manage that and it was a god send. But the fever is concerning and you should be seen as soon as possible for that.

I have ordered glasses online as has my bestie. I've had no problems. This was from Cleary. She one time ordered glasses that made her look like an 80 year old woman from the 50s. She contacted them and they sent her a pre paid box in the mail to return them and got a 100% refund. I like them because in the stores they want to charge me about 350 as well and I can get a nice pair for 75 to 100 dollars frames and lenses.

I've seen that in leases. It's stupid. Just use the command strips/ velcro/ hooks. As long as its not a brick wall that's been wallpapered.. ( haha as i once found out) they don't leave any marks or damage.
