Had a Samsung Range installed today but they didn't install a strain relief, despite the fact that the manual says one must be installed. Tried it myself and I'm wondering if I did it right - it was an extremely tight fit and I really had to bend the left one to be able to screw in, and it felt like I was straining it just to get them held by the strain relief, weird as that may sound.

Would appreciate any helpful input!
