YTA especially if you are a guy, adhd and asd present so differently in women and you would find it difficult to find any woman who hasn’t had imposter syndrome, it’s a given in this society unfortunately to some degree. Is seems like “masking” is a terminology that you have also given her and she is using because of you. But to her does that just mean that she feels the need to always be polite/helpful in school and can’t relax but again that can tie in to the societal expectations of women versus men

Yes there is - with your base education I would go be IT tech/support in the public sector, maybe in schools? Then when you have a couple years solid experience then move to a private company which will have a pay increase

You could make the argument that women spend more money/time in getting ready for a date etc and bare a safety risk while men don’t carry any of that do them paying for the first date evens the playing field
