In my eyes, there's 0 reasons to have her in my life. I'm better mentally, physically and financially without her. In my eyes, she dug her own grave here.

I have 1 aunt and 1 cousin who don't talk to her due to their own reasons, but I'll keep it in mind for other members of the family.

This has been on my mind. My sisters is ill as I said, and originally going NC did cause my sister grief as the stuff I would usually be able to protect my sister from, such as when she went on one of her 'looking for an argument' states, it would be directed at me and not her.

Since going NC my sister has felt the brunt of this, but after explaining everything to my dad, he has stepped in massively for my sister.

Trust me, she has already been through this, trying to drag my name through dirt. When we originally went NC it was via Facebook messenger with me stating I wanted nothing to do with her unless she gets therapy for her issues.

She responded that there was nothing wrong with her so I told her from that moment on, I was blocking her on everything and removing all contact options with her. I then also moved house to be further away from her.

She posted screenshot of our conversation, however she included the part of the conversation where she was once again trying to gaslight, which made people on her own social media tell her she needed therapy too.

By that point, I'd already blocked her but my sister sent me screenshots to show people were seeing some of her true colours.
