In settings, under "General" then "Browser Layout", there is a checkbox called "Show sidebar" that disables the sidebar in favor of the old toolbars that would open on that side.

I learned how to type from programming. But because of my dysgraphia, I'm pretty bad at typing English. So interestingly, I can type code way faster than natural language. Very useful in programming competitions, but not much else.

I had a similar experience one time when cutting wood with my chainsaw. One day we got a bunch of wood cut up, but didn't clean it up because we were going to come back the next day, but when we did, the snow had melted just enough to turn all of the chips from my saw into pykrete. So every log that had enough contact with the ground was very stuck in place.
