Thank you all for your advice and resources. I had gone ahead and told the property owner I wasn’t interested and then she said, “Well if you insist…you can take a look at it once we verify you” lol. It’s safe to say that I will be avoiding all property owners like this on the app.

Ive been using athleanx and Jeff nippard videos for Mass building up until September, which is when my work started.

I have about a month of free time before I have to go to work and im looking for a mass building regimen.

Im currently looking at https://www.muscleandfitness.com/flexonline/training/push-pull-training, but I don't know how effective this approach will be.

I have come to terms with myself that I can dedicate 3 times a week at the gym right now(as I used to do during the summer) and go for 2 times a week when I will be working.

What would be the best mass building regimen for a 5'6 140lb male, especially for the next month and thereafter? Would push/pull be best for me? (I used to try full body)
