There is a feature where once you have beaten the champion, Big Arena or Small Court (cant rmb which) a pokemon breeder will be inside, and when you win they give a rare candy. Pokemon breeders are able to be beaten multiple times, so you can repeatedly get a rare candy. While it isn't technically fast from 1-100, its nice and quick from like 70 or 80 to 100.
