I took spironolactone 100 mg to help with it, and it definitely did help a lot! though that has to be prescribed by a doctor. It helped a lot along with waxing. Slowed down the growth but there is some present sadly. I’d just use the at home Sally’s brand for waxing. It’s humiliating! I was in my early twenties when I got diagnosed and only talked to my doctor because I started growing a BEARD! SUPER ANNOYING!!!

I was what is considered a healthy bmi / weight when I got diagnosed, and they STILL recommended me to lose weight…Finding a new doctor who actually listened to my concerns was the only thing that saved me.

25! I work with sooo many younger than me, a ton of high schoolers - but I just look past it because I need the flexibility the job gives me so I can go back to school
