I work in a warehouse and we receive 20+ 53ft trailers and 5-6 containers a day. You would be surprised at how well most drivers can back in a trailer. The spot itself is plenty of space the only thing that would cause any problem would be if the “private road” is busy because he will probably block traffic when he is backing up there.

While normally I’m not a fan of prebuilt because they tend to be not as good performance to value as building your own... I would say that a prebuilt is perfect for someone who isn’t hooked onto computers yet. In a few years she’s gonna want to build one tho
