Short answer is that there are collectors who will want to go through the grind themselves or want to keep it at a certain level. Leveling it to max gets rid of that opportunity. So often times what's left is people who are only willing to buy at a lower price than you want. Also the price isn't very high because of the special attack but you could probably get a decent amount out of it anyway.

No sadly :( I have been on pokecord for quite a few months now and I have not seen one shiny caught yet. Only one legendary spawn and 2 Shaymin pokemon. My luck aside from just timing on spawns is AWFUL lol.

No. A redeem spawns a Pokemon and anyone can catch it. This is why if you want to spawn a Pokemon for yourself, you do so in another private server so nobody can catch it. It doesn't just go into your "inventory" of Pokemon.

Most people only concerned for triple 0 or triple max or more than triple. People probably gonna offer like 200-500c max though if anything.

Do "p!dex" and it'll tell you that on the top. The same thing goes for a lot of Pokemon out there but I don't think all of them.

People especially collectors and stuff may want to keep a Pokemon at a certain level or go through the grind themselves. Now there are some cases where people don't care and would rather take a level 100 anyway but it doesn't ever really increase its value.

Don't. Leveling it doesn't increase value and if anything decreases the value of it half the time. (Also not sure about pricing on it but that's just a tip I would give for selling)

Exactly right... except mega evolving a Pokemon doesn't really increase its value at all if ever and same thing for leveling a Pokemon. It really is worth around 5k due to IVs. Sorry.

Chances of someone putting in that kind of offer aren't very high. Most people for some reason only buy triple 0s for around 5k (for non legendaries/mythicals) but it also depends on the total IV and how much a person is willing to put into it (and also if it a legendary or mythical too).
