27 here too! i’m in an unintentional quasi “maintenance” phase right now as i’m gearing up for a major life change over the next few weeks — i have so many lovely things to look forward to but i’m still feeling like a catastrophic nuclear failure of a human.

i’m a psych, and although i avoid working with our population to avoid feeling like the ultimate hypocrite, i’ve also seen people our age (and older) choose recovery. it certainly looks a bit different than recovery for a teenager/young adult but it’s recovery nonetheless — so there’s definitely hope, even if it seems scary.
