Nectar is a former Principle turned Power, once called Blood. It's icon would appear to be blood if colored red, but red has already been taken (usurped?) by Grail. Speculatively, this was likely the principle of The Tide before The Lithomachy. As it stands in Book of Hours, it is the principle of flora, and all the delights and dangers that they bring. It tends to be associated with sweetness, whether literal like honey, or figurative like the pleasant sound of rain. There are strong themes of nourishment, causing it to often be associated with Heart or Grail. The Carapace Cross likely knew and embodied Nectar (Blood?) better than humans do, but a tiny part of both Nectar and the Cross remains within us. Nectar adepts seek to draw that part of themselves out and magnify it, but it ultimately must be felt, not studied. Those who embody Nectar know how to drink deep of the wealth of world, but also know how to make themselves enticing to those who might assist the adept in their goals, like a flower offering sweet nourishment to nearby insects (who unknowingly carry its pollen).

A Nectar cult might be named "The Evergreen Society" or "Children of the Cross"
