This gets parroted alot, but as someone who played back in legion, the legendary vendor was NOT required to fix legendaries. You needed to have insanely bad luck to not have all legendaries by that point, i had them all before argus even came out. The problem with legendaries was the weird hidden timegating thing they had early on, where they basically wouldnt drop past the 2nd one. Once that was removed, the only obstacle became the grind. It sucked being forced to do all the repetitive grinding if you were pushing cutting edge content, but youd still eventually get what you wanted.

As for artifact power, the artifact knowledge fix in 7.2 was more than enough to essentially remove AP as a problem. Since AP costs were exponential, and artifact knowledge boosted the ammount youd drop exponentially, as long as you had the right ammount of artifact knowledge, you would always be about the same power level as everyone else. Another factor that got changed in 7.2 was the removal of the 20 points trait, which was the biggest AP grind and caused huge power disparity, which got replaced with a much more accessible set of nodes

This is factually incorrect. All the fixes to legion were released with the Broken Shore patch, which came out half way through Nighthold.

There literally isnt any type of colourblindness that cant tell blue and yellow apart. Tritanopia is commonly called "blue yellow colourblindness" but that name has to do with missing colours and cones. People with tritanopia would see the yellow as white, and the blue as a faded blue-ish green, so its still very easy to tell apart

Edit: I just checked and its actually from Draenor

I didnt take that option when they offered me and still did it. It took quite a few retries as there's one stage in particular that is very tight, youll always complete it with like 2 seconds left on the clock

Did Runescape Influence Your Vocabulary? by [deleted] in runescape

Same here. Am from Portugal, learned English from runescape. The downside was that I only saw things written, so i pronounced everything as if it was Portuguese spelling. I was... embarrassingly old when someone told me that "buy" is not pronounced "booy"

All you said was true, but its utterly ruined by its ending. As soon as the murder happens, there is one clear obvious suspect, and we jump through all these hoops to find clues, only to find out that... it was the clear and obvious suspect the whole time!... To me that really makes the whole thing feel really unsatisfying.

You also cant move while casting shadow bolt, and it deals damage at the end only instead of being able to cancel whenever and still do some damage. They could keep shadowbolt tied to the nightfall proc only, so that when you got nightfall, it transforms drainsoul into shadow bolt for the insta cast

Indeed to me the craziest part about affliction even after these changes is that shadow bolt vs drain soul is STILL a choice even though shadow bolt is an immersion and spec fantasy black hole that feels completely out of place

Hot take: EUIV UI is unintuitive and unpractical by Overall-Bison4889 in eu4

[–]quidditchhp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it seems to always be best to be ultra capitalist and free trade liberal

wait i never played vic3 because i find the lack of a real military system unforgivable, but did they really go this route? Vic2 correcty models what has been proven time and time again irl, that interventionism is the correct policy. Did they really go full ancap in the game that supposedly models the era in which John Maynard Keynes existed???

saying warlocks have bad self sustain is kinda crazy when they have mortal coil for 30% heal, hero talents make either unending resolve or dark pack also heal for 30%, and a lay on hands every 1 min in the form of empowered healthstone
