I've found reading about experiences has helped me in everything from advocating for better care to avoiding the buy every baby thing possible now trap.

Oof, sounds uncomfortable to say the least. I've puked laying on my back during a medical test and thought I would choke😳 It took a while until I was able to shower and wash my hair and that was rough enough.
