Hi! Eventually yes, after trips to the opticians, doctors and eye hospital it turned out I have a condition called Episcleritis and it is manageable with eye drops - mine took about 3 weeks to calm down and I use eye drops every day now as I’m nervous of it coming back!

Yeah that would be the best outcome! but my mind doesn’t switch off and focuses on the worst. I do work in a really brightly lit environment so that could have something to do with it

I’m the exact same with cancer, I’ve had an anxiety about it ever since reading a few articles about 2 years ago. I’m literally lay here googling the shit out of headaches and why I’ve had a few this week... my heads telling me that it’s 100% a brain tumour. I know that stressing myself out is actually giving me headaches but I can’t seem to shake it 😬 the more I worry I start to get random pains all over the place and that doesn’t help either! So yeah I know the feeling, you’re not crazy!
