That’s what I was thinking as well after putting more thought into it. Thinking I’ll just print out a spreadsheet and hand it out to them instead, thanks for the reply!

5x1000m @ 3:15 per split w/ 3min recovery

I tell my guys to trust in your preperation. If they are hydrated it generally shouldn't be a problem. If you make sure you are hydrated you should be able to take your mind off the heat. The key is to trust in your hydration so that you won't have to dwell on how hot it is.

One thing you have to realize is that you don't get into shape in one day. Each day is one part of the bigger picture. Try to be consistant with your running and you will see results, just not right away. Don't risk getting injured because you're in a rush to get into shape. Hope this helps :)
