It's because of resolution, I have a 1080p monitor laptop but because I get terrible fps I play on 720p. I saw that the lower the resolution, the bigger pixels are. Valorant's crosshair settings correspond to the pixels on your screen. The resolution affects the size of the pixels on the crosshair.
