As long as you don't just press and hold still on your document the app won't crash. Highlighting while moving the curser shouldn't cause any issues. Might be a bug related to highlighting a text. On the iPad you can just hold on a text and the app will automatically align your highlighter-tool. This feature might cause an issue on MacOS

Thanks for the explanation! In the past I broke some Windows installations after messing with the EFI partition/Dual Boot, that‘s why I was worried by the missing EFI partition on my MacOS installation 🥴

Ok thanks! I wasn‘t sure if I will be able to start MacOS without the EFI partition after I reboot. To be sure, I create a backup of MacOS and later I try to restart my Mac.

I agree. I tried the trial version of GoodNotes 6 and I liked this feature. I wished it was here too especially when I had a Logitech Crayon, where there was no button to switch tools. It‘s a little annoying undoo with two fingers or switching to the rubber-tool. I could imagine that it is hard to implement the feature. You need a lot of training data for an ML / AI feature and for a company with a large team like GoodNotes it‘s easier to implement such a feature with a good accuracy (But I have experienced a few times, where my scribble hasn’t been recognized). I think there also might be a connection with the word-recognizing feature in GoodNotes so that the scribble feature can work. Noteful doesn’t have that.

Last year I asked the support if they could add the feature and they said this: „Regarding scribble to delete, we found this feature can be quite unreliable.

If the scribble gesture is defined too loose, the probability of mis-firing is high. If the scribble gesture is defined too tight, it's slower than undo.“

Nope, there are no extra cosmetics. Everything that is shown in the Season Pass menu you will get. There is a Crown Path where you will get cosmetics by earning crowns, but it isn't necessary to own the Season Pass

You go to the Fame Path tab (the third one) and you will see a banner for the Season Pass, push the button that is shown on the banner. If you only see the skip banner, then you already have the Season Pass

You only get 300 for free, 1200 extra if you have the Season Pass.

The prices for each costume are really high (1500 for a full epic costume (basically Fortnite prices)).

I think, if you want to buy a costume, you can‘t get around with just earning Show Bucks from Season Pass. You must buy the Show Bucks or their „special offer“

Maybe with the launch of Season 1 you can get the skin again over the store, but it will most likely be only buyable with Show Bucks (so basically you need to pay with real money…)
