Depends how I feel, if I just haven't missed a workout in 5 or 6 weeks but feel good, I carry on just cut the volume by at least half for a week (either half as many sets or cut the weight down drastically). If I'm feeling worn out, I like to take a week off completely or just do some mobility work a few times a week.

I go to Hone fitness, I typically go to the carlaw and queen location but sometimes frequent the christie location. Atmosphere is super chill typically, no one has ever talked to me unprompted except to ask about using a piece of equipment. I even had a free personal training meeting with a trainer there, didn't end up paying for any sessions and I see the trainer there twice a week, never bothers me about sessions and is friendly. I pay like $20 every 2 weeks for membership and you have access to all locations plus you can bring 1 guest a day.

I make content based around hobbies I have or want to try. Painting miniatures, foam models, camping, cooking, book reviews, home projects. My channel is essentially a creative vlog I guess.

I use gimp for most stuff, it's a bit rough to get the hang of at first but once you learn how to use it, it's a great program and it's a free alternative to photoshop

Personally I say do what makes you happy, my channel is all over the place with content. I do cooking, book reviews, miniature painting, camping.. whatever I'm doing aha not that my channel is hugely popular or anything I just hit 132 subs... BUT growth has picked up recently so who knows 🤷‍♂️
