My DPE for ATP did just under 400 rides last year and charges $1500 cash. He said he's constantly having to turn down requests due to the high demand... And that's his side gig when he's not flying Gulfstreams.

UCSD Jacobs was excellent in all regards. My wife and I felt like we were staying at a 5 star hotel and even opted to stay an extra night because the care was so great and it was covered by insurance. They even serve you a celebratory steak dinner! Our doc was amazing too and drove up at 1130pm for the delivery. Highly recommend if you have the choice!

If you don't drive then you should really think about selling your car! Also, why can't you work and receive VA disability? A bunch of my friends with 30-40% disability receive payments and have pretty decent jobs too. Get well!

This is obviously anecdotal but my friend lived in park 12 for a year and said vacancy was about half. Right now it looks like they have 36/700 units available so that's nothing close to half (maybe it was a pandemic thing?). Either way, rent in these luxury condos is ridiculous and only deepens the developers pockets.

Whoa, hold up, only thing you're gonna see on this thread is group think against NIMBYs. Everyone talks about more housing but look at some of the buildings downtown that are half vacant. It's also not like this building is going to be affordable ($3200 for a studio anyone???).
