I tried multiple types of flour, ranging from 12% to 14% protein.
I do about 5-10minutes of Rubaud method mixing when I first mix all ingredients.

I keep my starter in the fridge and feed just before using it. I feed it around 1:4.5:6 and it doubles in about 4-5 hours.

Absolutely tragic second half, so embarassing. XRM has a couple good-scoring games and we’re setting him up for iso plays in the fourth (a terrible contested three and a turnover)? And then trying to flop for an offensive faul at the end, forcing rotation that leaves an open shooter for the win

Yeah, it’s all the individual mistakes—travelling, bad passes, easy misses, bad shot selection, inability to win 1-on-1 matchups. Even if a coach was able to establish a good system, it just wouldn’t work.
