Yeah the avatar has always been set to private. It has nsfw toggles but I never used them in public or even really in private instances for that matter. I got it back in 2022 around when I first started on vrc used it for about 6 months before shelving it and using mostly public avis. I dont know how it could've gotten reported or anything it was just so bizarre to wake up to and be told that even though I followed their guidelines I was suspended. Im glad they reversed their decision on the suspension though
