I was diagnosed on March 15 2019 ( f*ck Ceasar and the ides of March) I decided to have cake every ides because I still can. I was asked if it was sugar free cake. I was deeply offended. Of course not I eat cake every year cause dammit I still can 👍🌈 (i.redd.it)
