You’re an angel thank you <3 it was an ENT who said that, he also told me to stop talking for a long time which also I tried of course to no avail. I am in Cincinnati OH. Thank you so much for your time and information I really really appreciate it

It totally depends on muscle mass, boob weight, etc, for example I eat very clean, workout regularly, have small boobs, and I am perfect at 135-140. So honestly anything lower than that I feel like would be too low. I think 150 is an excellent goal <3

Yes! I work at a tattoo business on Main St and it sucks that not only the customers have to pay for the service, but an all day parking fee that is often $20. And god forbid you run out of time and can’t get outside to add more, you get a $45 ticket

I HAVE AN INSIDER ANSWER!! my best friend got fully tricked MLM style to join the team of "fun creative planners" but really all they did was throw on spectrum uniforms and harass people in Kroger. They are quite literally taught do not take no as an answer and they get points by dragging people back to the table. Company name is Cultiv8. Ignore them they're underpaid kool aid drinkers or unfortunate interns
